Cleared Recruitment are working with a global technology leader to identify experienced Project Managers for upcoming opportunities across Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, post-sales technology projects across areas such as cloud, virtualisation, end-user computing, and disaster recovery.

You’ll work closely with enterprise, government and defence clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with agreed outcomes - while also identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships.

Your success will be predicated on a growth and ‘value-add’ mindset. Not only will you be responsible for leading the scope, schedule and budget of multiple assigned projects, you will need to be keenly aware of and pursue opportunities to grow the business profitably. Key management metrics are project success and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across cloud and infrastructure environments
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall project governance
• Deliver projects in line with agreed Statements of Work (SOWs), managing scope changes effectively
• Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Drive stakeholder engagement from technical teams through to executive level
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client engagements
• Support continuous improvement within delivery and PMO practices

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering projects on the vendor / consulting side (essential)
• Strong background in IT project delivery, ideally within cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise environments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and profitability oversight
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience delivering projects valued at min $1M
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• NV1, NV2 or TSPV Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Highly Regarded

• Experience across cloud platforms, virtualisation, or enterprise infrastructure projects
• Exposure to large-scale software deployments or data migrations
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
